1. Introduction

Welcome to Immense Mart. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Immense Mart website, applications, services, products, and related facilities.

By creating an account, logging in, browsing products, placing an order, or using any Immense Mart service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Account and Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information while creating and maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information.
• You must not share your account credentials with another person or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Immense Mart may request verification of certain account information, including mobile number, email address, delivery address, or other information where necessary.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.

3. Product Information

• Product names, descriptions, images, specifications, prices, discounts, availability, and other information are provided for customer reference.
• Product images are intended for representation purposes. Actual colour, size, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly from displayed images.
• Product availability and pricing may change without prior notice.
• Certain products may be sold by third-party vendors operating through the Immense Mart marketplace.
• Product-specific terms, warranties, return windows, replacement conditions, or restrictions may apply.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
• An order may be cancelled, rejected, or modified where necessary due to stock availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons.
• Customers should verify product details, quantity, delivery address, phone number, and applicable charges before confirming an order.
• Once an order is placed, changes may not always be possible if processing or dispatch has already begun.

5. Pricing, Discounts and Charges

• Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Discounts, promotional offers, gift cards, coupons, shipping charges, conveyance charges, taxes, and other applicable charges may affect the final order amount.
• Promotional offers may have separate eligibility, validity, and usage conditions.
• Immense Mart may correct pricing or listing errors and, where appropriate, provide the customer with the option to cancel the affected order.

6. Payments

• Immense Mart may provide payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported payment methods.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available only for eligible orders, locations, products, or customers.
• Payment authorization, processing, and settlement may involve third-party payment service providers.
• Immense Mart does not store sensitive payment credentials such as card PINs or banking passwords.
• An order may not be considered successfully paid until the payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Delivery

• Delivery timelines displayed during ordering are estimates and may vary depending on location, availability, logistics, weather, and other operational circumstances.
• Customers must provide a valid and complete delivery address and reachable phone number.
• Customers may be required to provide an OTP, signature, or other confirmation at the time of delivery.
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in order cancellation or additional delivery restrictions.
• Delivery to certain locations may not be available.

8. Returns and Return Eligibility

• Certain products may be specifically marked as non-returnable and/or non-refundable.
• Products that are consumable, perishable, hygienic, personalized, opened, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may have restricted return eligibility.
• The return policy displayed on the product page or order information will apply to the relevant product.
• A return request must be submitted within the applicable return period specified for the product.
• Returning an item does not automatically guarantee a refund. The returned item may be inspected before the return or refund is approved.

9. Condition of Products Returned

Where applicable, returned products should include the original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, manuals, invoices, components, and other items supplied with the product.

A return or refund may be rejected or adjusted if the product is found to have been used, damaged, altered, missing components, or returned in a materially different condition from the condition in which it was delivered.

For products reported as defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, Immense Mart may request photographs, videos, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence to evaluate the claim.

10. Refunds

If a return or refund is approved, the refund will normally be initiated after the returned product has been received and the applicable verification or inspection has been completed.

• Refunds may be made to the original payment method or through another method permitted by Immense Mart.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer may be required to provide valid bank account or other permitted refund details.
• Refunds are subject to the applicable return and refund eligibility requirements.
• Where only part of an order is eligible for refund, only the eligible amount may be refunded.
• Any applicable shipping, delivery, handling, or other charges may be treated according to the applicable product or order policy.

11. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund because of their nature, safety, hygiene, perishability, customization, regulatory requirements, or other applicable restrictions.

Where a product is non-returnable or non-refundable, the applicable restriction will be displayed on the product listing or communicated as part of the applicable product policy where reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to the applicable order status.
• Cancellation may not be possible after an order has entered certain stages of processing or dispatch.
• Immense Mart may cancel an order where there is a stock issue, pricing error, payment problem, suspected fraud, delivery limitation, or other legitimate operational reason.

13. Gift Cards, Coupons and Promotional Offers

• Gift cards and promotional codes may be subject to separate terms, validity periods, restrictions, and eligibility requirements.
• Promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts unless expressly permitted.
• Immense Mart may cancel or restrict the use of promotional benefits where misuse, fraud, duplication, or unauthorized use is detected.

14. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the Immense Mart platform or services.

• Do not provide false or misleading information.
• Do not create accounts for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the website or application.
• Do not submit fraudulent return, refund, payment, or delivery claims.
• Do not misuse promotional codes, gift cards, discounts, or other benefits.

15. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Immense Mart may investigate transactions or accounts where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, payment misuse, return abuse, identity misuse, multiple-account misuse, or other prohibited activity.

Subject to applicable law, Immense Mart may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or service where fraudulent or abusive activity is identified.

16. Third-Party Vendors and Services

Certain products may be supplied by independent vendors or third-party service providers. Product-specific warranties, return policies, service obligations, or other conditions may therefore vary.

Payment providers, logistics partners, communication providers, and other service providers may also have their own terms and policies.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Immense Mart name, branding, logos, website content, graphics, text, software, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Immense Mart content without appropriate authorization.

18. Privacy and Personal Information

Immense Mart may collect and process information necessary to create accounts, process orders, provide delivery, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and operate its services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Immense Mart's applicable Privacy Policy.

19. Service Availability

Immense Mart aims to maintain reliable services but does not guarantee that the website, application, products, payment services, or delivery services will always be available without interruption.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, network problems, third-party services, natural events, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

20. Changes to These Terms

Immense Mart may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

Updated terms will become effective when published through the applicable Immense Mart website, application, or other official communication channel.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the rights and protections available to consumers under applicable law.
